Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting a quotation, booking our services, or instructing us to commence work, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information available at the time of assessment and may be subject to revision if the scope of work changes.

3. Services

We will provide gardening and grounds maintenance services as agreed with the customer. Services may include lawn mowing, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, garden clearance, planting, and general garden maintenance.

4. Access to Property

The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the property on the agreed service dates. If access cannot be gained, a charge may still apply.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts and suspend services until outstanding balances are settled.

6. Weather Conditions

Services may be postponed due to adverse weather conditions, unsafe working conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will arrange an alternative date as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Waste Removal

Unless specifically included in the quotation, the removal and disposal of garden waste is not included in our service price and may incur an additional charge.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must inform us of any hidden hazards, underground services, fragile items, pets, or other risks that may affect the safe completion of the work.

9. Damage and Liability

We will exercise reasonable care when carrying out our services. However, we shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or defects.

• Damage caused by hidden obstacles, underground utilities, or concealed hazards.

• Losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.

Any concerns regarding damage must be reported within 48 hours of the service being completed.

10. Cancellation and Termination

By accepting our quotation, you enter into a service agreement with us. If you wish to cancel ongoing gardening services, you must provide a minimum of one month's written notice. Services and applicable charges will continue during the notice period.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, abusive behaviour, unsafe working conditions, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to Scheduled Visits

We reserve the right to amend service dates and times where necessary. We will provide reasonable notice whenever possible.

12. Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address any legitimate concerns.

13. Privacy

Any personal information provided by customers will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and administering customer accounts.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
